By using the services provided by OSGMod (osgmod.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
If you use PayPal for payments, you also agree to its Acceptable use policy.

1. User Account

1. Each user may have only one account.
2. OSGMod may not be used for illegal or abusive activities. Any inappropriate behavior may result in account suspension and, if necessary, legal action.
3. Please read the available documentation before making any purchase or submitting a support ticket.
4. Sharing or redistributing purchased content without authorization is strictly prohibited.
5. OSGMod reserves the right to take necessary measures in case of abusive use of the site or services.

2. API and Script Protection

1. The API is provided “as is” and “as available.”
2. OSGMod may modify the API at any time to improve the service.
3. The number of requests may be limited in case of excessive or abusive use.
4. Accounts or IP addresses abusing the API may be restricted.
5. OSGMod determines what constitutes excessive or abusive use of the API.

3. Payments and Refunds

1. Refunds are not guaranteed except in exceptional cases considered individually.
2. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and only if the content has not been downloaded.
3. Refunds are issued after validation by our support team via ticket.

4. Changes to Terms

1. OSGMod reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Current terms are available at osgmod.com.

5. Liability and Force Majeure

1. Information published on the site is for general guidance. Users are responsible for their use of such information.
2. Usernames and passwords must remain confidential. OSGMod is not responsible for unauthorized use.
3. OSGMod is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the site, except in case of proven fault.
4. OSGMod cannot be held liable for force majeure or unforeseen events beyond its control.
5. The site takes all reasonable measures to secure your data, without guaranteeing absolute security.

6. Intellectual Property

1. All content published on OSGMod (images, texts, illustrations) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

7. Personal Data

1. OSGMod uses the Steam API for certain features. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties. Data use complies with applicable law (GDPR).

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. In case of dispute, French law applies, and French courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
