Unlike in some other places, here when you purchase a script, you also receive technical support. This support is dedicated to resolving any issues with the purchased script. We do not sell scripts that do not work. If a problem arises, please open a ticket to receive assistance. Here is how to proceed.

Important point not to break the rules and avoid abuses and to optimise your time :

- If a friend of yours has provided you with a script for your own use it is a leak, you are not allowed to ask for help, it is humanly impossible to provide personalized help to everyone in this way.

How to open a ticket?
To get personalized support, you will need to open a ticket and not send a private message. To open a support ticket go to the description of the script concerned. A questionnaire will be checked, it will allow you to know what you have already checked, in this questionnaire there is the solution and links next to the answers to check, you will find solutions to the main problems encountered.
To help you in the most effective way, please provide as much information as possible about the problem you encountered, and how to reproduce your bug. Avoid the typical message like "Hey I have a bug", we're not supposed to ask you what's your problem. If we have the elements to reproduce the same bug there is a good chance that the answer will be your solution.
