Everyone can access the panel. When I work on the script I disable the admin system because I work on a clean server without amdin system. When I forgot to re-enable it everyone can access the spawn.

- Category system : Finish to add jobs one per one. The category system allow you to set a spawn point with just the category of jobs. Exemple if you have 100 jobs with the same caterory, you can just only add the category in the spawn configuration with his panel. And all guy have job of this category will spawn on this point.
