The Smart NLR System is an automated management addon for NLR (New Life Rule) zones in Garry's Mod. It offers real-time flexibility to configure and enforce NLR rules automatically, catering to various server needs, RP universes, and projects.

This system can automatically block a zone for a certain time after a player's death, preventing quick return to the death location to maintain gameplay balance. You can choose from 6 types of sanctions and set the delay before their application if the player remains in the zone despite the warning.

Players receive clear notifications at the beginning and end of NLR to avoid confusion. You can customize the appearance of NLR zones in real-time, adjusting their color, transparency, and choosing between different notification methods (HUD, chat, etc.).

Although the system is fully autonomous, it also offers the option to automatically notify staff when entering an NLR zone, facilitating management of contentious situations and abuse detection.

This script has been developed taking into account community feedback via Discord, and continuous technical support is provided through the website's ticket system. With the Smart NLR System, your staff will no longer need to manually manage NLR-related complaints, ensuring a smoother and frustration-free gaming experience for players and allowing your staff to focus on other tasks.

The management menu allows you to configure the addon in real-time, without server reboots. You can set up your NLR system rules to enforce, display NLR zones, generate zone conditions, and set exemptions for ranks and jobs where NLR rules do not apply, all from this menu.

The addon is highly adaptable, allowing administrators to modify the lifespan of zones, their activation conditions (such as suicide or team kill), as well as their size and visibility according to the server's specific needs.

Balancing the type of sanctions is also supported, allowing you to choose the severity level to deter undesirable behavior without making the game frustrating for players.

If the player does not respect and remains in the NLR zone defined automatically after their death, they may face 6 different types of sanctions.

Sanction 1: System Kill
Sanction 2: Freezing
Sanction 3: Server Kick
Sanction 4: Map Respawn
Sanction 5: Teleportation outside the NLR zone
Sanction 6: Stripped of all weapons

Multiple sanctions can be activated simultaneously.

You can display NLR zones as drawn circles on the ground and/or spheres, choose the color and transparency level to make them more discreet, and define their size and lifespan.

From the management interface, you can customize the display on the HUD when entering an NLR zone, choosing the location, size, text color, and background frame color in real-time, without requiring Lua programming skills.

For users, if you want to make the zones invisible for aesthetic reasons, you can activate the warning through messages or HUD.

For administrators, you can enable notification when a user enters an NLR zone. This is not very useful considering the automations of the Smart NLR System.

From the management interface, you can exempt certain DarkRP jobs, by team or staff rank, or even VIP, from NLR rules.

The Smart NLR System is designed to run efficiently on your server without slowdowns. Its backup system uses the SQL engine, and resources are loaded in a paginated manner for optimal performance.
