Report Tickets System is a ticket management tool used by support services on your Gmod server. It enables you to track and archive problems encountered by users or customers. The interface is configurable and can be reserved for premium or VIP members.

The script is optimized not to consume server resources when not in use. It is easy to install and requires no background tasks.

The ticket system allows you to assess the priority, status and progress of each problem, making it easy to manage and monitor. Tickets can be used to schedule tasks, so no request is overlooked.

Administrators receive notifications when they log on, indicating tickets or new responses. Notifications can also be sent to a Discord chat room. The interface can be customized to match your F4 menu.

The script has no impact on long-term performance, as it uses triggers instead of loops. Administrators benefit from a rights management and teleportation system.

Users can report players or bugs via a clean, intuitive interface. Data is stored in files to ensure persistence, and the script is compatible with all Garry's Mod game modes.

Automatic maintenance automatically deletes tickets that have been resolved for more than 15 days. Simple commands open the menu and reset tickets.

NEW: When a ticket is sent it has its status there, as long as a manager has not replied to the ticket he will keep its status.
